I hate Quick as much as the next guy, but you can't put those goals on him. The first was a 2-on-1 where the defenseman failed to take the pass away, the second was a 2-on-0 which he almost stopped, and the third was a deflection immediately following an awful turnover in the defensive zone. The .666... save percentage isn't a good look, but he didn't deserve it.

Agreed but I'd much rather see Schneider in net.

If the final ends up being Europe vs North America, do they scrap the plan to open it to all countries in the future and keep the current format?

At least this happened at less meaningful than the Olympics. There's a sliver of hope that USA Hockey will learn from this and revamp the management.

Holy crap, that explains a lot. He doesn't care? I wouldn't either.
