I like the idea, and I think it's going to happen. I wouldn't be surprised to see an NBA team follow.

The NBA makes a ton more sense because that is far more popular. The NHL in the desert especially in a small town like Vegas is stupid. The problem with Phoenix to me is more the nature of Phoenix and the location of the rink.

Well that was awkward but it looked like a clean hit by nash

I believe the Rangers actually just threw the kitchen sink...

Man, nobody makes mediocre goalies look fantastic quite like the Rangers. Their offense is abysmal.

The WNBA isn't too worried about having a team in a gambling mecca, as the Connecticut Sun have played in the Mohegan Sun casino complex for 11 years.

I don't think the ref said anything that was incorrect.

Sure, I don't disagree with that. I'm no Prust fan or apologist by any means. But I still think it begs the question of what's a ref's appropriate role in that situation. I don't really like the precedent of a ref chasing a player down, giving him an earful when he's already taken his seat in the bin, and then dishing out game misconducts.

Sports gambling is outlawed in Connecticut though.

Hawks 28-0-0 when leading after 2 this season. Not looking good for da Wild.

Re: NHL 2015, Part II - Stanley Cup Playoff Race and Beyond

They're blocking soooo many **** lanes and Crawford is standing on his head to take care of the rest.

It's amazing that the Wild haven't scored on some of these chances.

Cool. If you turn on descriptive audio services on comcast you only get the stadium sounds soundtrack. No announcers.

I'm never watching sports without this feature ever again.

If you have surround sound, pulling the center audio cable usually accomplishes the same thing.
