If you want to increase HRR without jacking up ticket prices or the Canadian $, you're going to have to be creative. Those end zone face off circles look like good targets.

How about electronic signage along the side walls?

Just wait until Arab oil money buys an NHL franchise. Fly Emirates anyone?

Wild assistant Darryl Sydor arrested on suspicion of DUI

At the station, he was tested, and had a BAC of .30.

He got professional help last summer for his drinking. Has tattoos on his knuckles of his sobriety date. Obviously he relapsed. Glad no one was seriously hurt or worse killed.

I'm thinking he will get some pretty good jail time having his minor son in the vehicle. Is this the end of his career? I doubt it. This is a country of second and third chances. With that said I'm sure the Wild are in the hunt for a new assistant coach. Sad story for sure.

Rich Peverley will retire, but stay with the Stars organization in a player development role.

Such a shame that his career had to end the way it did, although it obviously came very close to being much, much worse.

It was a lot of fun watching him at St. Lawrence, and he certainly earned his success at the NHL level after working up from the ECHL.

MY NIGHTMARE HAS COME TRUE. AHHHHHHHHHHHH Kenny signs Cleary to a 1 year, 1-way deal for 900k.

The only saving grace is supposedly the entire deal can be buried in the AHL.

On the other hand, I'm sure the LGRW forums will be a hotbed of entertainment for the entire weekend.

Despite the 1-1 thing, if there is not some line in his contract that ensures he's in GRR unless otherwise needed, I'm going to be genuinely POed.

Re: NHL 2015, Part 3: Stanley Cup and Offseason

That's the only thing that remotely makes sense.
