El Gary is on NHL Live. The subject of the Nassau Mausoleum came up and it sounds like Gary and Garth are doing a duet in the media for the case to become the Brooklyn Americans.

Kings score a last-second, game-winning goal last night after a clock malfunction. The clock stopped with 1.8 seconds left, started back up, and the goal was scored with .2 seconds on the clock.

For some reason, I really hate the nickname "Americans" for a sports team. /hate 'murica /commie ;) :p

It would be ironic for a hockey team that is made up mostly of foreigners to be called the Americans. :p

But it would resurrect the name of a proud franchise - the original tenant of the old MSG.

Sam Gagner has an 8 point night going so far in the Edmonton-Chicago game. Tied for 2nd most in NHL history. Edmonton up 8-4 late in the 3rd.

And he tied a franchise record with none other than Wayne Gretzky and Paul Coffey. TSN named him first, second, AND third star of the game.
