This Brendan Shanahan thing would have been funnier if they actually got Shanahan to do it and poke fun at himself.

That Tracy Morgan segment was painful. Went on way too long. I kinda feel bad that the Rangers took part in that.

Pierre and Eddie out to intro one of the Hart Memorial Trophy nominees (my babydaddy Henrik) - seriously - who is writing the banter for the presenters?? It's SO BAD!!

I'm sure someone has mentioned somewhere about Zdeno Chara being there and Max Pacioretty winning the Masterson Award. And while I can say good for him for making it back and having a great year, he appears to be wearing white socks and that is inexcusable.

Karlsson was very deserving of the Norris. He had a Lidstrom-esque season for a shitty team.

Which I agree is really sad. A cheesy 80's style song about the rewards/cliches of what amounts to a standard (if you want to get specific, a hair metal) rock star is their best effort? Pathetic.

There is actually a song of theirs that is even more of an 80s rip - "Shakin' Hands". Which is no shock, considering it was produced by Mutt Lange.

It was both. I complained a lot during the Bemidji invasion, but it was at the NHC when I screamed what I posted at the top of my lungs when they piped in one of their "songs."

That's right. Forgive me, that was also the night of the "Race to the bar minimum charge" night. And the night bbdl hijacked a limo. :D

That night was great. I remember worrying about reaching the minimum, and then doing it in twenty minutes.
