NFL 25-26: Blame The Refs for this Thread Title

A couple people on Reddit have the theory that it could be the beginnings of a UFL/CFL merger.

Myself, I thought it was a way to orient stadiums to host American games for more NFL preseason after the issue they had in Winnipeg with GB and Oakland. Or a possible NFL team full time, though Vancouver is the only stadium capable at the moment now that Toronto moved out of the Skydome and the Blue Jays changed the setup. Maybe Montreal once the Olympic Stadium renovations are finished.
I’m just spitballing here but I imagine the costs of having to constantly change the seating setups in Toronto and Vancouver factored heavily into this. Even reducing 20 yards would be a world of difference.

One other issue with Toronto is the Buffalo Bills would fight this intently. A large number of seaon ticket holders come from Ontario. (I know it's 25% for the Sabres, but I don't know the percentage for the Bills).

Well that’s how you know he’s popular
So I did a little research. Apparently his stage name stems from an incident when he was a kid and was just a bit upset about having to wear a bunny costume, presumably for a school event. As the father of a 6 and 7 year old, I can imagine that his tantrum must have been EPIC for that name to stick.

Bad Bunny gets Super Bowl halftime. I bet the truth social posts are fire.
Curious selection. The nfl seems to have shown a dark dumpy lean recently, and bad bunny goes very much against that. He’s been a friend of Lin Manuel Miranda for years- and Lin’s father, Luis, is VERY outspoken against the orange plague.

That is fantastic. Love it.

Also, not looking forward to it.

Mark Sanchez got arrested for fighting a delivery driver over a parking spot and got stabbed in self defense. Probably not gonna make his Fox Sports NFL gig tomorrow.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrested Sanchez, 38, on allegations of battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication, all misdemeanors.

So he was drunk, waiting for an Uber, and got in the wrong car and then beat up the driver when they tried to kick him out.
