NFL 25-26: Blame The Refs for this Thread Title

Sam Darnold can't handle the playoffs. Don't expect any wins in the postseason.
Darnold didn’t have much protection from the O line that game. IMO, the coaches failed him by not making enough short, quick routes as options. They wanted big plays going over the top of the D, so he was getting pummeled all game long.

Darnold is a lesser Baker Mayfield. Drafted by a trash organization(see: Jets/Browns) and roamed as a journeyman until getting a shot elsewhere with a talented roster.

This is Seattle, we don’t expect wins in the postseason for anyone (well, outside of the Storm and Sounders).
We can hardly complain about the Seahawks in the post-season. We have been a historically very strong team. 13 Conference SFs, 3-1 in Conference Championships, 2-1 in Super Bowls (with some marginal adjustment for one small Pete Carroll brain fart).

And the Mariners' problem isn't the post-season, if you catch my meaning.

I will grant the Thunderbirds* always shit the bed in the WHL.

* Have they been hurt by the Kraken?

Seattle may be the best team in football and I will not have watched a single snap when the playoffs start. No joke, I can't name a player. I have no idea who the QB is. Or even the coach.

edit: Mike Macdonald. I have never heard of him.

The QB is Sam Darnold. I vaguely remember him either for winning or not winning the Heisman. Was he a #1 overall? Is he why we're good again?
Mike comes from the John harbaugh line- he was part of the defensive system there before moving to Michigan under Jim as DC. Then got the Seattle gig.
