The best part is the uniforms are made by S️
I know they went out of business abruptly, was that cause the NFL screwed them?
Screwed me, cause I couldn't get a 1999 NCAA champs shirt after the tourney, cause they were the ones licensed for them, and they went belly-up like that week.
Late to the party here -- but that's why tcbg and I put up with the commute from NH even though he works in Lexington and I work in Burlington. Avg Housing price in Lexington is: $1,003,800; and in Burlington it is $575,300 (per Zillow). We have 1100sqft townhouse with a lofted 3rd floor, gas fireplace, 1 car shared garage for about half of what it would cost to live in Burlington. The downside is that I work nights and still have a 50 minute commute and tcbg has to leave no later than 0530 to get to work in under 60 minutes (if he leaves later, it can take up to 120 minutes).
.
Curious if you'd have an easier commute from say Worcester or something like that. However, is this a good time for Rover to pat himself on the back for buying in a town next door to Lexington a dozen or so years ago? Every time I check Zillow the place has gone up 20K from the time before!
Let's see...made money in real estate + obnoxious a sshole = Rover For President!!! Will select mookie as VP in order get the banging porn stars criteria checked off.![]()
Moving on, hadn't realized Pats have 12 draft picks including 6 in the first 3 rounds. Assuming Brady plays until he's 50 they'd better find the next Gronk at TE and a burner at WR. Wouldn't mind another kicker as well to challenge the current one.
The NFL needs a development league that isn't college. Pay the players already.Maybe the AAf is the new minor league? Where kids not interested in college go??? Dunno

And most units don't have private laundry. Some do include heat and hot water.

Take a look at the South Shore, Weymouth, Holbrook, Abington. The NFL needs a development league that isn't college. Pay the players already.
Prices have roughly plateaued and are likely to come down (according to my realtor buddy) over the next year or two. I'll be moving this year, but definitely looking at a variety of areas that aren't inside 95.

Those leagues would need some serious cash behind hem. The NCAA schools are collectively a ten billion-plus organization and they aren’t going to let someone else come in and scoop that cash without a major fight.
That being said, I agree. I’d like to see the NCAA not be the development league.
