Come on. "Hogs" is objectively awful.

Call them the Assassins. The Earmarks. The Malaise. The Debt. The Demagogues.
 
I saw on Twitter that someone saw Commanders was the likely name due to some registration/licensing.


Was really hoping for the Netflix/Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt tie in and they went with "Gun Takers."

That's not why I hate Stanford.

Cardinal is a great name. Singular colors are fine for college. Harvard Crimson (DPUH) is a brilliant name. Stanford Cardinal is ideal both because it's a nice name and because it's so humiliatingly boot-licking and pathetically derivative, like the school itself. Dartmouth Big Green would be okay, but Dartmouth will always be the Indians like NoDak will always be the Sioux -- aesthetics > ethics.

Cornell Big Red is a terrible name, but I don't know what you'd call us otherwise. Hill Climbers? Seasonal Affective Disorders*? Second Choices?
