The overall show was meh. Him covering Prince, and Purple City were really awesome. The projected image was bullsh*.

I'm the biggest JT fan on this board. I think, as one of his fans, I can be the one to critique his performance. The audio sucked. He spent way too much time dancing, not enough time singing, though you probably couldn't hear it because the audio sucked. And the balls to open his in stadium performance with Rock Your Body, which if I'm not mistaken, was the song he was singing with Janet Jackson when he ripped off her top. And stay on the stage dammit. Probably 5% of the audience actually saw him perform. That being said, I'm glad he sang everything not on his new album, which, according to the two songs I've heard from it, really blows.

Bud Light put cups around the stadium that light up at different times during the game to coordinate with their ads. The batteries are easily detachable. Which means any Eagles fans who have them now have batteries to throw.

@dhm: Next time the Super Bowl is in Minnesota the robots from MST3K should do the halftime show.

Wrong. When I heard about JT's plans about a hologram to honor Prince, and Sheila E contacted him to say, no, b/c Prince would have hated it, and JT did a version of it anyway....ugh.

Total disrespect by JT. That's my only beef with him and that halftime show.
