Re: NFL 2017: With Dollar Signs in Goodell's Eyes

The XFL 30 for 30 was pretty interesting.

It could have been successful, but had a rough and unfortunate start. Power outage during their best played tv game. Other poorly played games, etc.

Re: NFL 2017: With Dollar Signs in Goodell's Eyes

Vikings get their first shutout in 24 years, and it's against the Packers in Lambeau. 12-3.

Both offenses pretty inept in that one.

The way I see it, MN got the job done, on the road, against a rival. Good win.

Re: NFL 2017: With Dollar Signs in Goodell's Eyes

Packers apparently trying to do their best Patriots impression.

GB put Rodgers on IR last week, since they were shutting him down for the season. However, NFL rules stipulate that he is supposed to have a "new" injury that would sideline him for 6+ weeks to be placed on IR. Otherwise, he should be released upon returning to full health.

GB has declined comment, though several teams have plead the case to the NFL supposedly.

Yeah, don’t you worry. The NFL will somehow, mysteriously explain this away. Can’t hurt the darling packers.

If any other team did this, they would be nuked from orbit.

Seahawks getting most of the help they needed.

Falcons lost yay.
Lions lost yay.
Rams won boo.
Panthers los-- just won sh-t.

Question is with our 7th string defensive backfield can we beat the Cowboys?

That Cowboy's punt coverage play was amazing. Front flip above the EZ to spike the ball between the legs backwards at the 2. Bravo.

Re: NFL 2017: With Dollar Signs in Goodell's Eyes

Huh. The Seahawks' long snapper is from Harvard.

Our complexity has resolved to 3 results: we must win today, then next week we must beat Arizona and have Atlanta lose to Carolina. Simple.
