Don't worry Green Bay, the NFC East will eventually come out in Washington.

When's the last time we had elevensies in the 1st half?

shuan king era??

You are correct, and I was close, but wrong, per wiki:

The 1999 season brought much better fortune. On the strength of the NFL's number 3 overall defense and a performance by rookie QB Shaun King, the Bucs finished the season with an 11–5 record and won their third NFC Central Division Championship. They beat the Washington Redskins 14–13 in the Divisional round, before losing to the eventual Super Bowl Champion St. Louis Rams in a low-scoring NFC Championship Game, 11–6.

GB with the 14 point 4th quarter lead. Time for the comeback!

First time ever that all four road teams won on Wild Card weekend.

Yes, but not terribly surprising. Washington and Houston were only home teams because they were mediocre teams who who won crappy divisions, Minny hit a hot team, and Cincinnati was, well, Cincinnati.

Minny choked on their own Richards. Let's call a spade a spade.

Walsh figures to join the Chris Kluwe Manscaping Made Simple Tour before next fall. Can't blow one like that in the Wildcard round. What would he do in the Conference Championship game, faint?

I refer to Scott Norwood. Walsh handled the post-game like a man. Credit to him. He was an above average kicker for points this year (120 is about average). Those who crucify him over one kick....for shame. Mind you, he was the ONLY person to score points for MN today. Just sayin'.

And he didn't fumble the ball, leading to a Seattle FG.

The NFL is filled with Gary Andersons, and some teams are satisfied with that. They just pray their decision is never exposed at a crucial time.

My comments are not intended as a personal slight against Walsh. More athletes, and people, than not are likely to fail under game pressure. As a team you just have to decide whether you want better.

And, don't forget. Norwood was sent packing too. He was just Fredo'd later, when no one was looking.

Blair Kick Project should not be to blame for today. That's all.
