Going for it on 4th and 1 on your own 30 in OT isn't "questionable". It's "flat-out stupid".

One of my opponents has the Bears D/ST on the bench. They have 35 points so far.

I don't think Briggs should be fined, but the NFL has made a point the past couple/few seasons of fining players for hits that shouldn't be fined. That, and they always fine defensive players excessively more than offensive players. It's what the league officials do for sport.

So the NFC playoffs are pretty much decided at this point. Amazingly Dallas is going to win the NFC East and put the Giants out of the playoffs. Detroit and Chicago's schedules are just easy enough that they will keep Atlanta out of the Wild Card. Plus Chicago owns a tiebreaker with them H2H.
