If the NFL can suspend players for hitting on girls then they might as well close up show because there will be no one left ;) (minus the gays, and the NFL hates the gays!)

I mean the Ben Roethlisberger things was a bit different considering he was being accused of a pretty serious crime. Favre was sexting someone and leaving voicemails about hooking up...most high school teams wouldnt suspend a player for that.

Just saying. (of course that said the NFL probably will suspend him just to prove a point...what that point is I have no idea :p )

There's a slight difference between hitting on someone and sending her a picture of your junk.

There's also a problem when you send pictures and leave voice mails for a co-worker/subordinate, which is what we're dealing with here.

Not to mention that the scumbag was married.

Hey I am not defending him, I am just saying if they are going to nail him for this they better nail everyone who does it...and doing that will take a lot of time and energy because it happens on every team.

And sorry but sexting some chick (which is what sending a pic of your junk is) is only a problem if she told him not to. The one side of the story we have is a bit lax on the details surprisingly ;)

My guess is he pays a stiff (pun intended) fine and nothing comes of it. (pun not intended) If they start suspending players for stuff like this it will get out of hand. Plus Favre is a god to the NFL they would never tarnish that, never ever. He is one of the few untouchables with Brady and Peyton.

Back on the Favre deal for a sec...was Braylon suspended for his drunk driving offense? I am pretty sure he wasnt. If the NFL doesnt suspend a guy for a crime like that but does for a nudey pic that would seem a might hypocritical would it not?

I can't believe I'm actually rooting for the Jets against Fourve. I'd love it if Rex decided to follow in his father's footsteps and offer a bounty on Textington Steele. :D

It's totally different though, because it was an NFL employee that he "harassed".
