NFL 2010: $25K Fine For Talking About Fines

Re: NFL 2010: $25K Fine For Talking About Fines

Sonuva.... a stat correction gave my opponent an extra point somewhere, and now I'm on the short end of a 100.01 - 99.25 score.

Edit to add: Due to an extra sack credited to the Pats defense, as if the Pats weren't despicable enough as it is.

That sucks. I was afraid of that happening to me. Finally won a Fantasy Title this year in my work league but it was a 76-74.5 score. I've been on pins and needles waiting for the other shoe to drop but so far so good.

For some reason, I felt badly for you right up until the end of your post. ;)

Re: NFL 2010: $25K Fine For Talking About Fines

Results I would like to see this weekend:

Carolina over Atlanta
Baltimore over Cincinnati
Cleveland over Pittsburgh
Kansas City over Oakland
Tampa Bay over New Orleans
Chicago over Green Bay
Jacksonville over Houston
Tennessee over Indianapolis
Washington over New York Giants
St. Louis over Seattle

Seattle over St. Louis, while I do like St. Louis, would not help the vikes nearly as much.

I don't think a single game today excites me. The AFC is pretty much locked in, and there's not really an NFC scenario that I like. Other than the Packers winning obviously.

Dear Rex Ryan,

Please go ahead and take out all of your frustration on the Bills. I don't want to fall to #9 and have the front office have a higher chance of botching the pick. (I know they will, but one can dream.) Also, please go ahead and win Cincy and Denver. Thanks.

Dan

Today is the Seahawks' Super Bowl, and the Giants need to win. Otherwise, meh.

Most of these early games are crap. Although Tampa is doing their best to get a win vs NO and keep their playoff hopes alive.

If the Bears are motivated to play (and they should be) the game against the Packers could be interesting.

Washington is going to beat the Giants I have a feeling. Then the collapse will be complete.

ETA: If Oakland wins today they will be 6-0 in their division and miss the playoffs. Ridiculous! Chicago is the only other team with a chance to be unbeaten in division.

God the Lions vs. Vikings game is epically horrid...

Mercifully, Buffalo's season is over. Only four months until they botch the pick they get. :D

Wow
Carson Palmer sucks, wide open to win the game, a 10 yd throw and he throws in to the freakin crowd. Pathetic

I have no idea what to expect from Chicago today (like every week this year). This game could be great or a total disaster.
