Re: NFL 2010: $25K Fine For Talking About Fines

Glad that my FF team decided to tank the 1st round the playoffs. I'm getting nothing form Vick, McCoy, Hillis and Boss, and I'm not expecting much from AP tomorrow night.

The Jags suck once again when it matters

Re: NFL 2010: $25K Fine For Talking About Fines

Lions break a 26 game road losing streak by reminding Raheem Morris that his Buccaneers are *not* the best team in the NFC. Sucker.

Yeah, I had Jennings, Rodgers, Jackson from the Packers. With Flynn at QB, no point in playing Jackson, or Jennings. I put in Boldin, and 1 catch for two yards. I put Freeman in at QB, he did decent. I took the Packers D out vs. the Patriots, and got crap from Arizona vs. Carolina. Should have played Brandon Marshall. Oh well, Thanks Packers for tanking the first round for me, and you havent even taken the field yet.

Jags yet another team who can't seem to master the kick the FG when needing 10 points maneuver.

Re: NFL 2010: $25K Fine For Talking About Fines

Final line for the Sex Cannon:
25/43 322 yards 4TDs 2 INTs.

Also,:eek::eek: at the Giants ending.

Re: NFL 2010: $25K Fine For Talking About Fines

Good thing Ray Rice exploded for 35 points for the other team today.

95-31 after the one o'clock games. Rice got him 35, Williams (TB) got him 15 and Schaub added 20. Not to mention the Panthers D got him double digits.

I still have five people left, all big point getters, but he still has McFadden and the NE kicker. Not looking good. :(

Just showed it on CBS. Wow. What a return. Also, Phil Simms blasted Jackson for showboating with the game on the line, running along the goal line. Thats smart, to run out the clock isnt it?

Good thing about Dallas/Washington... being here you know people on both sides of the equation.

DeSean Jackson has given me life. I got 3 Bears going against the Vikes in my 1 league and the Falcons D vs. Seattle. I wonder why his return hasn't been counted because return yards are a stat.

I think the clock may have already been at zero by that point. Though that's probably a little harsh on Jackson to expect him to be aware of that.

clock was already 0:00 at about the 20 i think... well before the goal line anyways.

OK, I'll admit, I was not paying attention 100%. So, the Eagles scored to tie it with under 2 minutes to go. Am I to assume that the Giants went 3 and out and then punted? Because they came back with that update wicked fast and never mentioned anything about that. Also, I saw that run back three times and it looked like he never crossed the goal line, just skinned it. Did I miss a foot crossing over or something?

Chris Kluwe has been asked to stop tweeting about field conditions at TCF Bank Stadium. heh.

I doubt if he was praising the conditions he would have been asked to stop.

Yep, 3 and out, and then a terrible line drive punt. He definitely crossed the goal line, watch to the end of this video. :D

Yep, he's not a fan. A selection of tweets:
Serious time - All respect to the people that cleared the field and got it ready, you did an amazing job. That being said, it's unplayable.

The field is as hard as concrete an hour and a half after they took the tarp off, and anyone that hits their head is getting a concussion.

I find it interesting that the NFL can claim an emphasis on player safety, and then tell us the field is fine. It's beyond hypocritical.

I can only hope, however unlikely, that no one gets catastrophically injured at the trainwreck that's about to take place tomorrow night.

To everyone - that was a totally serious post on the field conditions. It is like walking on concrete. They took the tarp off at the same time they'll take it off before the game. The problem isn't heating it, it's retaining that heat.

I think he's the same guy who drew this picture earlier in the season. Surprised the NFL hasn't "suggested" the Vikings get rid of him yet.
