Meanwhile, TAINT is a brilliant term. Pretty much the best thing Bill Simmons has ever done is create that term. Now, we just have to get it into regular usage.

Can't you just hear Jon Gruden now? "That guy...is a TAINT machine!"

Oh, man! He had the TAINT in his hands, and he dropped it! He's gonna think about that one tonight.:D

Never had any controversy in our league, which is surprising. I mean, sure there are some arguments, but nothing that involved integrity or anything.

i had a friend who used that term all the time 20yrs ago. ...... until we learned perineum. then that was better so we dropped the taint.;)

Pro Football talk had posted that he was dead. They have rescinded and said they received their info from a fake twitter account.

Mike and Mike in the morning reported that the Charlotte police confirmed that he passed away around 6AM (can't remember the exact time they said)
Tragic news, he had seemingly turned his life and career around after having a troubled start.

You are ridiculous. I'm personally against distorting somebody's life/accomplishments just because they died young. Henry was a threat to people around him and random people he could have harmed through a repeated pattern of poor decisions. As somebody with friends and family in the Cincy area, I'm glad he's not able to make those decisions anymore... If that's harsh, it's harsh, but it's true. Frankly, it's sad he got so many freaking second chances. He should have been locked up a long time ago, but wasn't because he's good at football. He was only 26, and maybe he was trying to turn his life around, but this is no surprise. And as far as people comparing this to Sean Taylor a couple of years ago (people on ESPN anyway). Sorry, Sean Taylor was sleeping in his bed, doing nothing wrong. This guy jumped into a MOVING TRUCK. He was undoubtedly up to something no good, based on his history...it was a pattern that was going to get someobdy killed one day. It just happened to be himself.
