Great movie. Lots of little (and not so little) references for adults throughout the movie, enough cartoonish stuff for the kids. Totally cliched story, but what do you expect for a family-type movie? Besides, it was fun to watch, seeing how they would plow through the next cliche. I definitely recommend seeing it.

Cliched a bit, for basic storyline. Then twists are involved, and it makes it intriguing. There's more, but I'll just say there are a lot of red herrings, if you want to break movies down as you watch them. Very good, and it's Liam. What more do you want? ;) The German actress (Diane Kruger) is also in this, and so is Bruno Ganz (Hitler in "Downfall"), and they do very well.

Sort of related: Kruger looks realllllly short compared to Neeson. I looked up their heights, and it still looks disproportionate. I knew he was tall, but damm! Kind of sheds some light on the way they showed Kruger in Inglourious Basterds.

I watched Unknown on my flight back from Scotland...I very much enjoyed it :)

I know you well enough to know that I think you thought as I thought: This person is not done with the story, this result is happening, why is this person supposedly kept in the story, what's with this other person's odd behavior, etc. ;)

Kruger was in some tall heels for all of Basterds. Unrelated, she is a looker. :)

Yeah...I kept trying to figure out the twist, and even though I should have been able to I didnt. It is definitely not the movie the previews made it out to be. Add in some awesome Liam Neeson stuff and I was happy :)

Awesome Liam Neeson stuff can make a movie worth watching all by itself. See: Taken.

Liam Neeson is in the upcoming movie inspired by the game Battleship. It's called Battleship.

Really? That does sound bad. I think I'll pass on that one. Maybe if they made a movie based on Stratego I'd be more interested. :p

Besides Liam the cast is pretty horrid I dont need to see the trailer ;)

I saw the trailer for the remake of Footloose...oh my lord does that look horrible. I mean they lift half the scenes from the original shot for shot and line for line, but the dance sequences are something out of Step it Up or something. I mean you actually understand why the town bans dancing as you watch...it is like watching a rap video!

Yeah, me too. After it was over, I kinda replayed some things in my head, and just went: f*. Duh!

All I know is when I see a white kid from Wayzata with phat pants calling people, "*****" I don't think he got it from hanging out at the yacht club, Sunsets or Woodhill. :D
