Oh, Campbell probably does need the money right now. What he needs to get the money however is for somebody to be crazy enough to greenlight that Ash-Freddy-Jason Triple Threat matchup..

I watched Midnight Cowboy for the first time today after checking it out from my local library. Only knew two things about it: it was originally rated X and that the song "Everybody's Talkin" by Harry Nilsson was on the soundtrack.

After today, I'm convinced it was Jon Voight's best career performance, that it barely rates an "R" in today's society, and that drugs are bad, mmmkay?

I should be getting "This Film Is Not Yet Rated" in time for the weekend. I'm really looking forward to it.

For those who don't know, it's about the MPAA's inconsistent guidelines in movies, etc., while showing scenes in their original form and and the cuts that were made to get a certain rating, or what dialogue had to be changed, etc. Obviously this movie is unrated. ;)

I watched Iron Giant the other day...I really liked that movie a lot :D

I also updated my queue (uh, netflix is awesome for selection) to get "Freaks" by this weekend. Look it up. I've wanted to see this movie for years.:o

As long as they use the Queen song "Princes of the Universe" as the theme it is fine by me. The TV show was basically a reboot anyways.

Of course maybe if people could come up with an original idea instead of rebooting everything...

The entirety of Highlander is nothing but constant reboots. There basically is no real continuity from movie to movie to show to show to TV movie to TV movie.

I would bet we'd get a new version of the song.
