Facility adequacy is not a NESCAC requirement (a few years ago Trinity hosted the NESCAC finals at its old rink, a local prep school rink with limited capacity).

That was in 2005 at the Kingswood Oxford school rink. It was small, but the intimate atmosphere of a packed house was great. Trinity was upset by Bowdoin in the semis, so there was plenty of room for the finals. Midd prevailed over Colby in the other semi, and went on to victory in the finals. It was one of the most exciting NESCAC championships I've attended, and I've been to ALL of them:D
