Wonder if Denver and Wisconsin will share the same plane going back west to begin golf season?

Nice win by UNH. They dominated for the final two periods. Perhaps some questionable calls, but the refs didn't determine the outcome of this one. The Wildcats did.

For DU, some big moments along the way. But this was about what we were expecting, given the early departures.

Not bad considering what should have been DU's 3 best players are in the NHL. It was a rebuilding year and this team probably won more games than any of us originally expected. Given all that, the reffing in this game was abominable.

Congrats to UNH! You guys deserved it.

Twice this season DU coughed up leads to UNH, DU never found a way to stop UNH's stretch passes.

I'll be pretty surprised if we ever see Nick Shore in a DU jersey again. Matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he signs a contract before the team is back in Denver.

FWIW, my son absolutely loves having just moved to Denver. And his new girfriend from CO is so perfect in every possible way that I have no idea at all what she sees in him. ;)

I don't even have a dog in this fight, just a fan observing atleast 2 cheap shots in the last 5 seconds. I would be saying the same if the roles were reversed and UNH was taking cheap shots at Denver after losing.

Well we shall see, tomorrow night UML has to be the hottest team in the country but UNH knows them well. Could be a close one. Hoping Goumas is ok.

I noticed as well and yes they were cheap shots but doesn't change the outcome as long as they are ok.

Tough night for the WCHA, four possible wins but ends up with only one win which was a squeaker.
