NCAA East Regional Semi-Final #1 - RIT vs. Denver - 3/26/10

Even before, and especially after, Martin had a terrific scoring chance and couldn't complete it, this game had "uh-oh" written all over it for Denver. After two periods I don't like the "feel" of this game for Denver. It seems the type of game in which one team controls the play, takes more shots, can't buy a goal and the other team's goalie steals the game.

You know DU, I took a lot of crap from your fans a few weeks back, it would be nice if your team could show up so I don't get burned by this program twice in one season! Choosing to start Cheverie and not DeMichiel might end up being what kills my fantasy team :(

Kinda reminds me of the opening game of last year's tourney...

Yup. And after last week we're running low on optimism.

No doubt.
I have a feeling that one goal isn't going to win this game against DU though.
RIT might be kicking themselves later for not cashing in on any of their odd man rushes thus far.

I've only seen RIT once this year (game against Air Force) but I liked their team and their fans seem to like their goalie.

1-0 AHA team reminds me of Michigan vs Air Force last year. :(

All we need boys is 20 minutes of hard nosed hockey. I am all for ringing the first shot off of DeMichel's mask :D :rolleyes: ;)

My money is on Ruegs tying the game.
