I'm a BU fan, but the gf goes to UNH so I use that (as now) as an excuse to jump on their bandwagon when it is convenient to do so. (and have the opportunity to get to go to college football games haha) I do also pull for Miami after we stole one from them in '09.

I'll be cheering for underdogs (it was just so much fun last year)...

How about a Frozen Four of ... Air Force, UNH, RPI, and UNO??

Gopher fan, will cheer for:

1. CC (like their style+conference)
2. UMD (little sister school)
3. RPI (nerds!)
4. DU (like George+conference)
5. AFA (what others said)
6. BC (maroon and gold alliance)

Unless UNO or CC makes a run to the finals, I'll likily be cheering for whoever comes out of the top half of the bracket, since none of them have ever won the National Title I believe.

Top Choices would be Air Force, UNO, CC and Duluth.

But it's so much more fun to have UNH be the University of No Hardware. And let's be honest, it ain't happening. Though if it were them vs. some WCHA hacks in the title game, I'd go UNH. UNH-BC in the title game, my head doubly explodes, both from the atrocity that it presents for BU fans, and the fact that UNH actually made the title game.

Are you sure it isn't because how much more success we have had then you? It is never a good thing when a conference tournament QF series is your claim to fame in the last 25 years.

I have heard a few people say that they can't root for MC b/c of the style of play...can someone elaborate? Do you know like hard hitting aggressive teams? I'm confused. Or is it that they think we use a trap, which in some respects we do, but not like the Devils of the 90's...just curious.

Outside of MC, I'm rooting for Western Michigan (after seeing that video...got dusty in my living room), and any other team that has been made fun off for futility (Union comes to mind)...GO MACK, GO WESTERN, GO UNION :)

I root for NMU, and this tournament, I'm cheering for either RPI, Western, or UNO.

This SCSU fan will be cheering for Duluth and after seeing that video yesterday, will be cheering for WMU. And whoever knocks out Michigan.
