Thank you. I'll look for it.

If anyone Else enjoys horror comedies (Ready or Not, the Menu, etc) check out Companion on hbo Max.

Go in blind.

Watched it last night. I’m surprised I didn’t hear about it when it happened, though based on the end I guess it did get state and national attention at the time.

Insane story.

The GP Quebec bike race was Friday, which takes place around the Plains of Abraham and up through the old city. As such, I've been delving a bit into the French and Indian War. And right now watching Last of the Mohicans

Before this, I watched The Pathfinder, a made for TV adaptation of the book of the same name, made four years after Mohicans, and starring Kevin Dillon. My lord, was that horrible. I'd seen part of it a long time ago, and thought it was bad then. I'd just forgotten how bad.

Movies don't get much worse than this.

The Nun (2018). Gladys from The Gilded Age and Mexican Bob from The Hateful Eight fight a possessing spirit in Romania.

Not awful. Worked as background while I made a (in retrospect, terrible fail) dinner for Dr. Mrs. I will give The Nun 2 a shot for Gladys.

A Trip to the Moon was only as old as Fellowship of the Ring is now when my Mom was born. She is still with us.

Watched Brighton Beach Memoirs today, the first of Doc Simon's "Eugene Trilogy". I know it's been out for almost 40 years, but it is what it is. Not as good as Biloxi Blues which I've seen a coupla times(out of order), but I liked it. Gotta keep an eye out for Broadway Bound, the last of the Trilogy.

I couldn't stand that film. Biloxi Blues is great...but the cast of BBM just didnt work for me.

Makes sense cause Broderick is the better actor...

I was pretty bored with some time to kill so I watched Thunderbolts. I enjoyed it quite a bit more than I thought I would, probably because being in that headspace is best going in. Also I like Florence Pugh and David Harbour. 😆

Watching the first Scary Movie. Haven't seen this since 2000.

"The police have asked us to give you the following safety tips: Stay in well lit areas, never travel alone whenever possible, ALWAYS wipe front to back, and remember, never EVER believe someone when they tell you that shaving your pubic hair will rid you of crab infestation."

The 3 friends I saw BB with in the theater still quote it to this day, although I haven't been around in the summer for many years to pull out my favorite

Man it's hot. It's like Africa hot. Tarzan couldn't take this kind of hot

For lack of a better thread, I just lost a lot of respect for all the comedians that performed at the Riyadh Comedy Festival. Really disappointed. Shane Gillis was on of the bigger acts to turn them down even after they upped their original offer.
