mookie has a white jacket to swap out the black. Think it is a nice mix to have the black tuxedo pants with white jacket and black tie ;^)

You need the carnation, though. The white with black bow tie is great, but it's a different vibe:

65 on Netflix was alright. Basically Cast Away meets Jurassic Park.

Adam Driver is an alien pilot who crash lands on prehistoric Earth and then goes on the longest escort mission ever as he and the lone surviving passenger, a 9-year-old girl who uncannily resembles his own daughter but doesn't speak the same language, try to reach the escape pod on the other side of the mountain before the asteroid that kills the dinosaurs crashes into the planet. Various set pieces ensue.

Nothing new, but there were worse ways to kill time while handing out Halloween candy.

Paris, Texas. I've always enjoyed watching Harry Dean Stanton and I got my moneys worth in this movie. Turner's running it tomorrow morning at 3:15(set the DVR, you won't be disappointed).

Also a 23-year old Nastassja Kinski.

Have you seen Wise Blood? For my money, his best role and his best performance. Devastating.

Barfly. I think I completely forgot about this movie since it came out which is a shame because it's wonderful. Mickey Rourke before he became Mickey Rourke, Faye Dunaway at peak form and a wonderful performance from Alice Krige whom I'm not sure I could name another film of hers without looking it up. Some of the best dialogue from any movie from the 80's. One particular exchange my friends and I would recite throughout college, usually as we were running out the back door of a party that was getting busted:

Wanda: Don't you hate cops?
Henry: No, but I seem to feel better when they're not around

All I remember is Mad Magazine did a parody called Barf-ly. I hate Dunaway and never had any desire to see this or really anything with her in it.

Bukowski wrote the screenplay. He was a great man you would not have wanted to know.
