I think it was perfectly relevant. You were acting like UW is too good to play SCSU, Mankato, and Bemidji. I just mentioned that a large number of Gopher fans were upset that we were placed in the same scheduling pod as UW instead of UND and explained why many Gopher fans think our program is above playing you.
If you can't see the parallel, I don't know what to tell you other than you are seeing only what you want to see.

It was in the UW thread. That's what makes it different. You made that post for no reason other than to make a seen and annoy and aggravate UW fans. Most fans have the common courtesy to not troll in opposing teams threads. The fact that you don't understand that demonstrates everything I need to know about you.

The irony is that Wisconsin has more NCAA titles than Minnesota. Why a large number of Gopher fans (due to your constant exaggerations, i'm assuming that consists of you and only you) feel as though they shouldn't have to play Wisconsin is beyond me. Wouldn't you want Minnesota to continue to play programs that have success as much as Minnesota, or in Wisconsin's case, greater success than Minnesota?

The thing is, Minny will play UW next season and continue to play UW ad infinitum in the B1G.
And if Minny is too good to play UW, I guess you're not too good to play Canisius (10-22-4), Vermont (6-27-1) and UAH (2-28-1) during the 2012-2013 season.

I see no benefit in rehashing a point I was clearly right on. If you want to cherry pick which parts of college hockey history are and are not important, that's your choice. But I will not recognize your points as valid unless you include the entire history of college hockey. Again, we don't apologize for having more history.
When you bring up titles in a point again, please refer back to this post for my rebuttle. My response will never change.

Unless the rest of the Big Ten gets tired to playing the inferior Gopher football program and subsidizing their disaster of an athletic program with a giant $20+ million check every year.

I would tend to agree with you. At least partially. Gopher football does have a storied history, but have been a joke for a long time.
I wouldn't blame UW fans if they felt like Minnesota football wasn't at the same standard as Badger football.

You see, we've got your buddy here contained. We just need to have a sign-up for who's going to keep him engaged here and when. 2 posters per 2-hour shift.

Hey Dubbs, my kid's bantam team went 3-1 against teams from Minnesota last season. And no, the Minnesota teams weren't from the southeast section - they were all Twin Cities programs. Everyone on our team was from Wisconsin, the mongrel dogs.
