Sorry, I just don't like being associated with JDUBBS. He makes our fans look bad. I am 100% on your side in disagreeing with the troll on everything he has said about UW.

Like I said for FightingSioux23, we can politely agree to disagree on the 1940 championship, but it doesn't change the respect I have for UW. I actually live in Milwaukee, am married to a Badger fan, and have a lot of respect for UW hockey. I love the rivalry UMN has with UW and make it to at least one Gophers vs Badgers game in Madison every year.

My deepest sympathies. I married a sconnie too but successfully converted her... thanks to Jordon Leopold and initial disinterest in hockey for helping with that. But that did throw me into a rough in-law situation that still gets to me all these years later.

My wife is more of a college football fan than hockey fan, so I've been working on trying to convert her

The feeling is quite mutual. Though I'm able to disagree with other's opinions without personal attacks.

You disparaged FS23's threads and his rankings. Whined incessantly about his methods. Never came up with your own formula or your own list.

And that's just the start.

I have dippy on ignore, but he did in fact instigate and shove the Gophers' aura down the throats of others by constantly bringing them up in threads in which it had nothing to do with the topic.

But that doesn't really apply in this thread. The only thing that matters is why the 1929 banner isn't inline with the 1940 banner. And that Brock Hall sucks. That sums up this entire thread in 2 sentences.
