I have not been paying attention. Holy shit, Milwaukee. I assume they never made it to the Series with the Braves, so there's only that World Beeries back in 82 or something right?

Won it in '57 with the Braves. In '82 they went up 3-2 in the series, got absolutely demolished in game six, and then when up 3-1 in the sixth, had the wheels fall off in game seven.

Missed out of the post season by four games in 1992 to the Toronto Blue Jays, then didn't have a winning season again until 2007.


Strike year was 1994.

Quite frankly, he was terrible the past two years also. He just had the "horses" to bail out his poor decision making.

Yeah took him 7+ games to defeat the Blue Jays last year despite twice their total salary.
