The Diamondbacks suck. They were the one I hated to keep. I don't see a more elegant way to make things work but I am absolutely OK if you want to say move them to SLC, Albuquerque or OKC.
Really the key note here is nuke the South. I don't know what the grass is, I kept the Great Lakes.

I didn't add Portland and I'm willing to sacrifice Phoenix. I never lived in DC but presumably you mean them too -- you can move them back to Montreal if you want. I hate the residents of NYC and Boston and it is no favor to me to keep them but they belong like St. Louis and Chicago belong. Those 4 cities are the necessary core of baseball the way Montreal, Toronto, and Detroit are the necessary core of hockey.
