I don't remember that one, but there was one game against Philly late in the 80s that was like 17-13 or something. Wind blowing out turns Wrigley into a hitters paradise, it just normally doesn't happen in April.

Think you're referring to a game in 1979 that the Phillies won in 10 innings, 23-22. The headline in the Philadelphia Inquirer the next day read "Phillies win on extra point."
