MLB 2022: Playing Ball, But Is Anyone Still Watching?

Tigers get an Opening Day win against the White Sox on a Baez walk-off hit. The ball looked like the outfielder bobbled and caught it off his glove, but after replay you can see the ball hit the fence then the glove then caught. Also the White Sox closer hit a Tiger, so be ready for a bench clearing brawl tomorrow because a Tiger will throw a pitch too far inside for LaRussa's delicate sensabilities.
 
Twins hitters need more spring training. That was an ugly display. Pitching seemed pretty good after Ryan got the jitters out.

All I know is that we definitely do not want someone to bring attention to the fact that Kershaw is perfect through 6 innings. That would be a jerk move.

He's sharp, but Twins hitters aren't adjusting. How bout not swinging at anything below the belt for 1 at bat. If he gets you looking, fine. At least you aren't getting embarrassed by the slider.
 
Vlad is 4-4 with three HR and a double tonight against NYY. The last three hits came after he sliced his finger getting stepped on a play at first.
 
The Tom Seaver statue is... good.
