I think it’s a good idea. If first and third’s distance is measured by the end of the bag, then it makes sense to have second base be there same. It’s consistency 135 years on the making.

Agreed. This was one of those "Holy sh**, it's been wrong all this time?" moments.
 
Are they doing the fat bags too?

I've read those will decrease injuries, so I am cool with that.
 
From context is appears to be from Korean schoolyards. When kids confront each other they go up on one foot and "chicken fight." It's so stupid it turns into self-mockery and whatever the ostensible reason for the fight was evaporates.

It's brilliant. We should resolve all our fights this way. Can you imagine how uncomfortable it would make authoritarians? They have no ability to laugh at themselves.
