Mets sign Trevor May 2/15 -- Minneans please to comment? Good player? Fair price?

All I know is he was great in Queen and on Top Gear.

When he’s on, he’s dominant. Sometimes gets in his own head a bit and tries to be cute with it. Gets smacked around hard when that happens. He’s good at fixing it pretty quickly though, his slumps don’t last long. This is a bummer for us, hurts a bullpen that was starting to figure things out.
 
I got an email from my Red Sox season ticket account manager this week. I don't owe anything because I left my payment for the 2020 season with them to use for the 2021 season. I know it's way too early to have these discussions but I honestly cannot see them playing with fans in the stands in 2021 either. At least for the first half of the season. They did say that there will be no paper tickets this season. I don't like that but I get it. I need to follow up with my Dad's friends who were part of the the plan. Two of them responded to me back in March that they were out but I would imagine they were thinking just for 2020. Back them there was no firm decision on whether they were going to play, etc. but I don't see them wanting to go ever. These guys are all in their 80s.
 
May seems genuinely charming, funny, and smart.

And my god has he got it together. At that age, I was still a gibbering bowl of jello. Hell, at this age...
 
Cleveland Indians are kaput. Apparently it wasn't the name that bothered the Delaware or Iroquois tribes, it was the long association with the mascot.

Bring back the Spiders?

Take a page from Washington and go throwback with Cleveland Base Ball Club.

Spiders would be my first choice. Grays could be a cool send up to the Negro League team.

Either Spiders or Naps would be fantastic. Don't sleep on the Infants either.

After market testing they'll be named "the C-Town Mandalorian Avengers Sponsored by Tostitos YEET!!!"

The dumbest name in the NHL is the "Minnesota Wild."

"Columbus Blue Jackets" is a great name. They just have hideous primary and secondary logos which is a shame because their tertiary logo is beautiful.

Knowing my own college hockey team preference you should understand no disrespect intended, but for obvious reasons you may not be the best person to make this post.

Am I literally the only one who likes the name, logo, and colors of the Minnesota professional hockey team?
