I hate having to ref High School soccer games at places where they play the anthem. Nothing says patriotism like 22 kids and 3 adults standing in 40 degree weather waiting for a song to finish.

Blue Jays finally call up Vlad Guerrero Jr.

Debut is scheduled for Sunday against the Giants.

Fielding highlight: A's rob someone of a homer, then complete a weird double play. (I'm sure Lisa will tell us more)

Fielding goof: Noah Snydergaard with a long fly ball... off Dexter Fowler's glove and into the seats.

Is the neighborhood play at 2nd not still a thing? Texas tried to challenge an out at 2nd as part of DP because the fielder never touched the bag. But he was directly over it.

Texas was too late with challenge, so it didnt get reviewed.

They made the neighborhood play reviewable when they tightened the rules on takeout slides.
