Correa may have just ended KC's playoffs.

Eta. Rasmus goes back-to-back.

Talk about a meltdown. Geez.

Tweeted before the meltdown began. Meanwhile, Gibbons pulls RA Dickey and brings in Price in relief with the Jays up 7-1 in the 6th. Hope that doesn't backfire.

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

Cubs have gone deep 6 times tonight. Rizzo, Bryant, Schwarber, Fowler, Soler, and Castro.

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

Cubs Win!
Cubs Win!!
Cubs Win!!!

Logic will say that is the last Cubs win of the season

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

Bottom 4 - 2 outs

LAD 3 5 0
NYM 10 10 1

LAD 030 0
NYM 042 4

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

boo, hiss to the Cubs-Cardinals being the earlier game. It makes more sense to start the game in the Eastern time zone first.

Today:
Lackey vs. Hammel
Kershaw vs. Matz

Tomorrow:
Hamels vs. Stroman
McHugh vs. Cueto

I agree. Unfortunately, NY v. LA in basketweaving, let alone one of the four major sports, would be deemed to be a "prime time" event, so we're stuck.

Well, this also means the west coast LA fans have a shot at watching the game. (Yes, I am aware that no Dodger fan will actually watch a game, but that's what MLB like to tell itself.)

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

um, that's not really the start we were going for, Chicago.

btw, I find out on October 13 that Gameday is NOT blocked at work?!?

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

Dam it would be fun to be at Wrigley right now.

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

Finally the Goddammed Cardinals have the horseshoe removed. For almost a decade, they've been playing with house money, finding incredible ways to win while playing depleted lineups, pitchers with shoelaces for tendons, and having more clutch than a rally car.

Just WHY did the Cubs have to be the one to break them? :p

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

This town is gonna be burned to the ground after each and every W from this point on...

Four down, eight to go.....

Tonight whatever "ghost" of Bartman remained, was exorcised: home playoff victory.

I hope the Mets are next, karmic payback for 1969 is due!

If TX or HOU in WS, be careful: does "never" outweigh 106 years?

(I'm thinking, 'naw'...the Back to the Future "coincidence" is just too strong)

PS Just what was Bartman listening to on those headphones, anyway???

if it were the game....
"fly ball along the left field line, Alou goes toward the wall hoping to make the catch...."

So if it is Cubs/Mets for the NLCS, how many black kitty cats get smuggled into the games held at City Field :D

ESPN made a bad 30 for 30 on it. They said the radio had a slight delay from what was on the field, so he never heard the commentary of Alou coming over.
