The kind of moron who actually think John Kruk and Chris Berman both provide valuable insight to the game of baseball.

Kruk is a moron. I forget the exact situation, but the Braves were playing on ESPN, and John Kruk was rambling about some play that "never works, no reason for Freddi Gonzalez to attempt it, blah blah blah, he's an idiot if he does it." Then, Gonzalez goes and does the exact thing Kruk talked about and it executed perfectly. Kruk didn't say another word for an inning (thank God).

Pirates just need to eat up some of Arrieta's pitches and work the pitch count up. Arrieta has the stellar record because he's good AND hasn't needed the Cubs bullpen to clean up his messes.

Get to the Cubs bullpen and the Pirates have a chance.


Aaaaaaaaand as I type this, Fowler goes yard to make it 4-0. Four innings to go, and down by four? Not unheard of, but definitely struck butt-clench time for the Pirates.

Too bad it's the Cards year to go to the World Series. At least the Cubs get one game of joy.

Start of the game they said the ump doesn't give strikes off the plate. Ever since then he's been giving strikes off the plate. Oops.

A couple fans just yelled "throw him out."

Yup, he's definitely going to put two men on with one out to get back at someone for doing something and have to face McCutchen.

Okay, this is just stupid on both parts. Pittsburgh is doing that in a playoff game they're losing, and Arrieta should shut up and go to 1st.
