Mine were $605 for a pair back in 2005, for Futures Game, Home Run Derby and ASG combined.
A single strip in the better sections was $800 or so. I forget what nose bleeds were.

To watch an exhibition game?![]()
No, that would be stupid...it's TWO exhibition games, and the Home Run Derby...To watch an exhibition game?![]()
I had a string of close calls with catching a ball at various minor and major league games for about a three year period. Last five years or so I haven't even come close.
That's how it goes. I got all 5 of mine in about a 3 yr stretch in my teens. The other 20 yrs of baseball, nothing.
My mom had been going to baseball games for 50 years before she got a foul ball (I say "got" because it bounced near her, and we were at RFK so there was nobody there, and she went and got it.)
Got mine last year. I'm 5-5 now

What does an adult do with a ball after they get it? If they are not with child that ball needs to go to the child seated nearest to them.
Been going to baseball games for 53 years. Still no ball. Closest was Dave Kingman (SF Giants) at Shea Stadium who popped a fly one row behind me. Next was at Yankee Stadium I when a foul bounced off one of the support girders and went one row in front of me.I always scout out kids sitting close to me, just in case. Bonus points for little girls who are actually watching the game.Bratty children who kick seats are not considered.
I've never caught one, but at this point, I don't really care if I do.
on my baseball bucket list - attend a no-hitter
