MLB 2012, Part 1 - It's here

Re: MLB 2012, Part 1 - It's here

I'm reading a rumor about a ridiculous blockbuster, unconfirmed but reported by reputable sources including Ken Rosenthal:

Marlins get: Yunel Escobar, Adeiny Hechavarria, Henderson Alvarez, Justin Nicolino, other minor leaguers
Blue Jays get: Josh Johnson, Mark Buehrle, Jose Reyes, Emilio Bonifacio John Buck

I don't know how anyone in good conscience can be a Marlins fan after that.

Davey Johnson (WSN) and Bob Melvin (OAK) named Managers of the Year.

ETA: More interesting is that both are repeat winners with each having previously won in the opposite league.

The fact that Jeff Loria is allowed to own an MLB team is embarrassing.

There has to be pics of Selig giving Loria head or something. These moves (and that whole Expos thing) are blatantly obvious and horrible.

Total amount the Marlins have committed to payroll for 2014:

$0.

ZERO DOLLARS.

Loria needs to go to farking prison.

The real people who should be ****ed are the taxpayers of Miami who are on the hook for about $360M for the new stadium. That looks like a great investment now!
