Re: MLB 2010: The Second Half

Dunno. Haven't watched a second of the series. I can't stand that king of the ********s Ron Darling. I did just flick it over there and man... i don't think yankee stadium could be emptier in January...

you know what stadium is even more empty?

the twins...

Re: MLB 2010: The Second Half

MSP is 15th, and Tampa/St. Pete is 13th. So, our market is smaller. People in Tampa simply don't go to games. The horrendous place they play in is probably one reason.

I thought I remember it being 15 as well. Didn't want to guess though. Regardless, the Twins have a very strong following from all over the midwest. There are two teams in florida alone (and both have utterly pathetic fanbases and one has what might be the first or second worst administration in the league).

Re: MLB 2010: The Second Half

So close, one more win for the Rangers and one for the Giants, that's all I ask...

Re: MLB 2010: The Second Half

That is absolutely perfect. The Yankees ought to seriously consider replacing the interlocking NY logo with this picture. Or maybe it's too on the nose?

To be perfect, you'd need one of their J-Wow-wannabees flipping the bird and yelling, "are you talking about MY FAMILY?!"

Talk about inflation. The full season price for 1 box seat ticket then, $750, is less that it is for 1 ticket to one game in the Legends Suite now, $850 per ticket per game.

Re: MLB 2010: The Second Half

Somehow the umpires are getting worse.

And good lord what an awful error by Huff, if he's not so fundamentally poor he at least keeps the ball in front of him and gets the out at first.

Re: MLB 2010: The Second Half

What the hell is she wearing on her head?

Re: MLB 2010: The Second Half

Nope.

Line drive to 1B for an inning ending DP for Philly. Man, even though they're leading, you wonder if it's just not in the cards for the Phillies.

Ronan Tynan has really let himself go...
