Funny, I don't see the NL Central being terribly...competitive.

I see the Cards winning it again.

Cubs will fall to 3rd or 4th place behind the Cards, Reds, and perhaps Brewers.

Oh, and Ricketts gave Hendry back all of the power. So, it's going to be fun folks.

I believe the Phils will make the World Series for the NL.

As for the AL, I don't know. Far too competitive for me to predict.

PECOTA has been the outlier of all these different systems they use to analyze what they think the season will turn out like. Very odd results coming from what was a semi-reliable source.

I do agree the Cards will probably finish first.

The Cubs will finish 2nd. The Brewers will look like they will take 2nd, but manage to choke it away in late August/September and end up taking 3rd or 4th. ;)

We can all, hopefully, agree that the Pirates will finish dead last, again.

Really? A Flubs fan talking smack about another team choking? Are you completely missing the irony, attempting to be funny, or just stupid? Or is it a combination of the three? "Cubs" in Latin means "One who can't win the big game".


Anyway, regardless of team affiliation or fandom......HAPPY OPENING DAY EVERYBODY!!!

Like Brewers fans really have any room to talk. Tis better to have been in first and choked, than to have never been in first at all.

Put another way, for as much as the Cubs suck, they're still better than the Brewers. In the land of mediocrity, the 2nd place team is king.

What is your f*ing problem? Every year you have to troll me for being a Cubs fan. Apparently, I am not allowed to have an opinion because I made a crack at your team. Grow up!

If SCSU can win a NCAA tournament game, then the Cubs will win it all in my lifetime.:eek:

Thats Ok, I don't expect to be right. :p

I was just avoiding some work that I'm dreading doing, and thought I'd post that. On the bright side, if I somehow stumble into being somewhat right, I'll have proof of how much of a genius I am. :D

I don't have a f*ing problem. You are allowed to have an opinion because you made a crack at my team. Just the same as I am allowed to respond to your crack with another one. I guess I didn't realize that I wasn't allowed to respond to smack talk with more smack talk. Oops.
