Re: MLB 2010: Hope Springs Eternal

I am going to have to sneak some streaming video on Monday at work to watch the games.

ESPN has:

STL/CIN, 1:10 ET - ESPN
CLE/CWS, 2:05 ET - ESPN2
CHC/ATL, 4:10 ET - ESPN
SF/HOU, 7:05 ET- ESPN2
MIN/LAA, 10:05 ET- ESPN2

I will probably peek at these two as well during work:

FLA/NYM, 1:10 ET
COL/MIL - 2:10 ET

I love Opening Day just for all the sell outs and the 14 hours of baseball games. Ahhhhh too bad I have actual work to do.

Additionally, if you subscribe to the Center Ice package (with Comcast in St. Paul, at least), you receive (or have received in the past) MLB Extra Innings until the first 2 rounds of the NHL playoffs are over :D

Watch, now that I say this, this will be the year they "take it away." :(

I already have MLB.TV Premium (PC) and Gameday Audio (Phone). So I am set. :D

Re: MLB 2010: Hope Springs Eternal

Cardinals v Twins tonight from Target Field. Should be fun, if it doesn't rain...

Re: MLB 2010: Hope Springs Eternal

What are we setting the over/under at tonight for number of people complaining about the lack of a roof when it rains?

;)

People complain about everything.

If the Twins were stuck on having a roof then they would be in the Vikings position right now. Plus retractable roof stadiums are uglier than open air stadiums.

They knew that they didn't need a roof, they'll just ask the catcher to have his dad turn the rain off.

Re: MLB 2010: Hope Springs Eternal

He is on my fantasy team. I hope I didn't pick him too early...

I had a hard time judging when to take Carlos Gonzalez, Heyward, and Strasburg.

Didn't get Heyward in either of my leagues but got Gonzalez and Strasburg in one.

Re: MLB 2010: Hope Springs Eternal

Just a heads up. Starting today MLB.TV is having a free preview weekend.

Starting with the Twins-Cards Live debut at Target Field, MLB.com is giving a weekend of free MLB.TV previews. Also tonight: Pirates-Phillies Live and Dodgers-Angels at 10 p.m. ET.
