I had to be outside for a bit today and I don’t feel well.

but those numbers were significantly higher in outstate than I think they were yesterday. Apple valley was north of 300 yesterday though.

I ran track/cross country throughout high school and college. My college (in Minnesota) had excellent indoor facilities. F-ck. That. Didn’t care if it was -50 and blizzard conditions, I ran outside.

Maine weather in June has been very wet. Until Wednesday of this week we have had two days without rain. We start another stretch until the 30th with showers predicted everyday.
