Minnesota vs. UAA - Vengeance (10/28 - 10/29)

Re: Minnesota vs. UAA - Vengeance (10/28 - 10/29)

I think they will be great games too. I heard you guys have a very strong team this year, and we're pretty young. I'm hoping for a sweep, but predicting a split.

A lot of teams are "young". I believe UAA has 18 freshmen and sophmores!

Not as many that are relied upon for as many minutes. The Gopher's top 6 defensemen, where their youth and inexperience has shown the most, is comprised of one junior, four sophomores, and one freshmen. And two of those sophomores saw very little ice time last year.

Researched like an archetypal scholar from a state that votes in pretend wrestlers for Governor.

What the hell is a Seawolf?

The "Gophers" have nothing to do with gophers do they? A thirteen lined ground squirrel is a squirrel. That's why they spell it with the SQU at the beginning. Cos it's a squirrel. Not a "gopher".

When you ladies from Alaska are ready to talk hockey instead of squabbling over your mascot, let me know ;)

Vermont fans were classier!

That sunday game last week was hard to watch at times, but Don Lucia decided to start some other kids in that game so he could see what they got. So I think the Gophers will be fine.

Anyways UAA they still have chris kamal right? He was the one that killed us last year, with that being said Gophers sweep!

I wish I could tell you a newspaper or magazine I get my information from, but much like your former Governor, I can't name one.

In order that I not waste my time and having no direct experience with which to judge whether you actually know anything about hockey, I'd like to ask you the following multiple choice question which has only one correct answer. Get it right and I might consider engaging you in hockey talk.

What was the single largest contributor to the Gopher's getting swept at The John in last season's WCHA playoff series versus UAA:
A. John Hill's inability to coach the defense.
B. Gopher forwards couldn't score.
C. UAA was the more talented team.
D. Gopher's played zero team defense.
E. Kamal.
F. None of the Above (explain) ...

Jesse may have been a pretend wrestler, but he was a real Navy Seal, and years ahead of his time. What passed for crazy during his time as governor is far surpassed in many state capitols today. Your own state and it's famous half-governor ,and you bring up Jesse? Please! OK,no more politics. From what I've heard ,Seawolves are listed as an ingredient in Gopher Chow.
