Minnesota State: Take the Next Step 2019-2020

Mav fans. Need some help. Going to the Mavs N Michigan game with 25 people--Saturday game. Haven't been to a Maverick game before. Where would be a good place to drink, grab a burger and enjoy the environment for 20 people? Would like a place close to rink--five block or less walk. Or if you have to drive and park at rink that is ok as well. Really appreciate suggestions. Thanks

Rounders, or pub 500 for burgers would be my suggestion. For that many, if call beforehand though as they as rent that big.of places and tend to fill up before games.

Twenty-five people without a reservation might be tough. Give the Loose Moose a call, they're probably the most able to accommodate that many. Or maybe Rounders. Both within easy walking distance of the Civic Center.

Big weekend in Mankato.

Hopeful we see Jaremko this weekend.

From what I know, we won’t see Michaelis AT LEAST until after the bye.

Hopefully I’m wrong :)

Must sweep this weekend.

Will be interesting to see if Michaelis plays — he has been practicing/skating.

I hope he plays. We need to get our lines set and comfortable for March.

Conversely, if he's not at or near 100%, I hope he doesn't play, because he's a great young man, and I want him to enjoy a long, healthy life.

It's UAH.
You have to show up, but KRACH says UAH wins 1 of 50 games head to head.

I'm waiting for the Purple/Beaver showdown.
Those should be two really good teams on the ice together (and hopefully playing for something).

Of course they should win, but this is still hockey, and crazy things can happen.

Freddy’s article this morning states Marc is cleared to play and will be returning tonight. Great news, and happy for Marc!

This may be bad news for UAH... :)

Don't worry, any Maverick seems to do the job.

I'd love to, but I've got too much family stuff going on. Still debating on NCAA stuff in a month.

I will have family there, however, I don’t believe I’ll be making the trip.

Ideally I’ve got travel costs at the end of March and in April.

The Spooner injury is a really tough one to swallow. Good kid who competes so hard. All the best on a full recovery.

Really unfortunate injury — he’s a heck of a 2 way player and has had some really good moments.

Mavs are lucky to have such incredible depth, and to have experience with many guys having to play the middle when Jaremko and Michaelis we’re out, but still not ideal.
