Yeah kind of a let down. Guess if they sweep RPI it can still be considered a successful start.
I figured that you would be more likely to read a reply here than in the RPI thread or certainly in the game thread. I personally think that as often happens after a dominating win, MSU didn't come out at the intensity level of the first game, and it took a while to realize that RPI would not roll over and play dead. It took them a while for MSU to get into the game, but they did. I agree that Tracy was the difference. I also feel that Krawchuk, RPI's goalie on Friday, will eventually win the starting job. They got the sweep, but tonight was rough. Tracy was probably the difference. I thought RPI controlled the play most of the game.

Mavs are actually playing them. One post said they were the only collegiate team participating, but didn't say why. Looks like Switzerland and Denmark are splitting games between Kato and Rochester. Are the Mavs playing them or is it just a showcase with the three junior teams playing each other in prep for the World Juniors? The same thing is happening in Bemidji with Czechia, Latvia and Slovakia, but BSU isn't playing any of them. Duluth and Mankato are also hosting three teams each.
Yep it's now on their schedule page.Mavs are actually playing them. One post said they were the only collegiate team participating, but didn't say why. Looks like Switzerland and Denmark are splitting games between Kato and Rochester.
