Minnesota High School Hockey 2012-2013

Re: Minnesota High School Hockey 2012-2013

So you don't understand. That explains quite a bit.

You can't be this obtuse. I've understood your intent on the matter, I'm saying when it comes to commenting on the possibl instability of others those (you) in glass houses...

Now you're commenting on something that you really have no clue about, which is par for the course with you people.

So I can't gain a perspective about you from the thousands of posts you've made, but you can ascertain from one moment in this kids' life that he might need help? Do I have to spell it out for you or are you really this obtuse?

Typical. Like I have already said, you are truly clueless. Think what you want about me, god knows I have my opinions of you.

Well I'm just glad you know enough about this kid because of this one event. Without question what he did was stupid and will regret this for quite some time and possibly every time he thinks back to h.s. hockey. Just not sure he deserves mental treatment because of it.

I don't think he does either, but that isn't the point. Aren't incidents like this a potential glimpse into larger problems? Not saying this kid actually does have larger problems, but if he did, it would sure be nice if he got help now. You're blowing what I'm saying way out of proportion.

The three biggies for future mass/serial killers, based upon those caught in the past, are usually #1) bed wetting into later childhood years, #2) torturing/killing domesticated animals, and #3 escapes me at the moment.

Re: Minnesota High School Hockey 2012-2013

I'm watching a little bit of the girls tournament, and the first game I see last night is the Lakeville North/Minnetonka game. Longest game ever for the girls tournament - ends during the 6th overtime period at 1:02AM. Minnetonka won 4-3.

Now it's the Warroad/Blake game. Warroad is just laying a turd, down 1-4 at the end of one, and Blake's Camernisi (future Gopher) just made it 1-5.

We were watching that at my place, too. We converted the actual minutes played, and IIRC that 6th OT was the equivalent of starting a third game in a row. Amazing.

Brent, Since RPI has a recruit playing for Minnetonka (Behounek) I looked at that boxscore. It states that the game ended after 113:29 which was 4:29 into the 6th OT. So 109 minutes were played before that. Regulation periods are 17 minutes each (51 in total for a normal game). So that means there were 58 minutes in the first 5 OT's. Could you explain?
