Both. The game was a lot closer than the score indicates. Minnetonka had a lot of close chances that they failed to capitalize on, while Benilde did a much better job finishing.

Aaannnnddd, Edina goes to State for 6th straight year. Guess I better put in for the day off next Thursday.

Minnetonka played like ****, but part of that was BSM playing some really good defense against a team that has the ability to put up some big numbers.

True - they would be an outstanding addition to section one.

Very good and it has been for several years, though now that the MSHSL seeds teams the tourney doesn't usually "start" until the semi-final round.

While I'm not always fond of the results, I can't think of a single "bad" tournament since I started watching as a kid. We are truly blessed to have such a phenomenal prep showcase every March. **** I love state tourney week!

Thank Parise I didn't waste my time or money going to watch this bull**** at the Fairgrounds, like I was planning. 6-0 Maple Grove 4:00 left in the FIRST!

Probably a lot of pent up frustration over good MG teams losing in the sections.

Wish Tonka would have done the same. :(
