For a guy that claims to love college hockey history, the lengths you'll go to avoid giving the proper respect to the biggest builder of college hockey continues to astound me.

I can keep repeating that forever. I don't play stupid games. I'll just continue to repeat this until you give Mariucci the respect he deserves.

I think we all already agree Ralph was a Nazi scum bag.

This whole thing got started because you felt compelled to stand up for your swastika wearing benefactor Ralph by making a play on John Mariucci's name.

I haven't defended (or stood up) for anyone. I simply made a joke about Harley's misspelling of his name. You were the one who went bananas with it.

If I said all those things about Mariucci would you quit posting here?

Nope. I don't need your confirmation. He's in both Hall of Fames because he was. Many involved in hockey in this country that are FAR more reputable and respectable acknowledge and celebrate his importance.

I'm just surprised that a self-appointed hockey history buff such as yourself can't bring yourself to give the guy the respect he deserves. You shouldn't need any incentive to do so.

This JDUBBS is a bigger farse than I thought. Not sure why he cares so much about Mr. Engelstad. Must be a Fighting Sioux obsession thing.

It stopped being funny to read JDUBBS' contributions to this board 17 months ago. All of you need to stop replying to this guy. The ignore button is as worthless as John Mariucci's contributions to Minnesota and college hockey when he keeps being quoted.

Lots of real Gopher (and college in general) hockey fans on Twitter agree. Hoosier's comment is completely asinine and uncalled for, regardless of what he thinks of me. Way to sell your soul dude. Why stop with saying his contributions to college hockey are worthless? You forgot to smear his military service. Anything for board cred, right?

Regardless of what Mariucci did, or what Ralph supported, rest assured, you're still a ****ing idiot.
