Minnesota Girls High School Hockey IV

Re: Minnesota Girls High School Hockey IV

Judging by all the blue in the stands Brainerd might be a ghost town tonight.

Amazing how often they've been beaten...as in countless times, by Edina's toe drags all night long.

Tremendous job by Brainerd in killing off the major...until they didn't.

That has been their problem, too many undisciplined penalties and I would think that their goalie would like the equalizer back...that was soft.

But all told, a tremendously entertaining game...a great example of heart for all other players watching this...they've left nothing in the dressing room.

The great thing about certain cakeaters is that they will move on to wear the treasured M and then all will be forgiven. ;)

You can see how gifted the Jungels sisters are, especially Vivian as a freshman.

Do we know who was 2nd?
I don't believe they've ever announced who the runner-up was.

"The selection of the top 10 candidates, then the five finalists, and ultimately the winner, is based on consultations with a panel of Division I and III college women’s coaches from the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as a panel of high school coaches."
