Is Bemidji bringing their Goldy gopher look alike mascot to the game? If my default for all mascots is to chant "beaver" at them regardless of what they are supposed to be....what should I yell at Bemidji's mascot?

Sure, I already get thrown in with all of the Techies, even though I am least Techie person I know. I barely know how to use computers! :p

To answer your second question, call the Beaver "Sioux" and accuse him of being hostile and abusive.

Nobody at Miami calls it "Da U". If anything its "Mofo". :D Either way you do understand that the real Miami was a university when Florida belonged to Spain?

And LA residents refer to UCLA (especially the hospital and med school) as "The U".

Nah never too soon. Most Miami people knew he was a ******* for the past decade or so, his reputation on campus as a student was pretty much the excact same as has been seen nationally in the past year.

As we near 0-hour, I just filled out my bracket. I have to say that of all the 1st Round matchups, The most intriguing matches are UM-BSU and Cornell-New Hampshire. These two games are the most puzzling to me.

Goodness I love this time of year!

I have been following, but most of the responses I come up with come off as too mean even if they are said in a joking context.

Suffice to say, I'm rooting for little g to get better....but I'm also rooting for my Wolverines.

Thanks! Chris and Kyle seem like great guys who respect their competition. Matt on the other hand seems like a perfect fit for Minnesota. He has an attitude as if he should win (which can be good from a Beaver point of view). If we didn't have to play our back-up goaltender (who has been good the past 3/4 weeks) I'd be extremely confident that we'd win too. That being said, Saturday should see some fantastic hockey.

I have a question for the Bemidji fans, how do you feel about the U of Minny?
